Job summary

MGT is seeking a Physical Security Solutions Architect I to join our on-site teams in Livermore, CA and Anaheim, CA. You will serve as the primary technical contact, architecting security solutions that include video surveillance and access control, and you will develop BOMs and SOWs for projects.

In this role you will present technical recommendations to clients, support project planning, and collaborate with teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while staying current with industry

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One+ years of physical security solution experience.
• Manufacturer certifications required, with ongoing training and product knowledge development.

What You’ll Do

The Solution Architect is the primary technical contact for the customer, providing solution and product recommendations based on the client's needs and tailoring customized solutions that are moderate to complex in nature to fit business needs. In this role, you will:

• Develops Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for projects.
• Presents technical solutions and recommendations to clients.
• Designs physical security solutions, including video surveillance, access control, and related security technologies.
• Develops technical recommendations to support customer needs and project objectives.
• Assists with customer engagements, project planning, and implementation strategies.

• Ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies while staying current with industry trends.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One (1) or more years of Physical Security Solution experience.
• Manufacturer certifications required, with a commitment to ongoing manufacturer training and product knowledge development.
