Job summary

Sancorp Consulting LLC is seeking a Physical Security Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard's security policy and management programs in the National Capital Region. The role requires collaborating with security disciplines, assessing policy compliance, and developing written guidance.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a security-related field and 5+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years overall, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to access government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a security related discipline with 5+ years of qualifying experience or 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in PHYSEC policy, planning, assessment, and administration at a military service HQ.
• Proficient with MS Office at intermediate level.
• Ability to obtain/maintain access to government databases as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and program support for USCG security policy and management.
• Analyze policy per EO/DHS/DOD mandates and advise on improvements.
• Prepare clear written documents per USCG guidance using MS Office/SharePoint/Acrobat.
• Develop training materials using MS Office/SharePoint/Adobe.
• Support site visits to assess compliance with program requirements.
• Plan and coordinate security activities for USCG facilities and personnel.
