Job summary

Applied Training Solutions, LLC is seeking a Physical Security Lead to oversee the PS contracted scope of work for IMCOM missions and assets. The role requires DoD physical security experience and leadership of security programs across installation-level operations.

You will conduct assessments against DoD Benchmarks, Army and COCOM requirements, and coordinate with the client on Mission Assurance, Risk Management, and COOP. Travel approximately 25% will be required.

Qualifications

• DoD physical security experience is required.
• Over 10 years supervising DoD Military Police plans and operations at the installation level.
• Security clearance: Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead PS contracted scope of work assessment against DoD benchmarks and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate assessments across Mission Assurance, Risk Management, AT/physical security and COOP with client organization.
• Travel to sites as needed to support program activities (approx. 25%).

Physical Security (PS) Lead

Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is developing a team that is contingent upon award. The PS (Lead) shall be responsible for the performance of the PS contracted scope of work. Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) shall provide personnel with the subject matter expertise and experience to conduct HHAs relative to IMCOM's missions and assets. The teams shall conduct an assessment of all components of the installation's Protection programs using the DoD Benchmarks, plus applicable Army, Combatant command (COCOM), Service Component Command, and IMCOM applicable requirements. The teams shall assess the following Program Areas: Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE), Continuity of Operations (COOP), Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC).

Qualifications

• DoD physical security experience
• Experience (>10 years) supervising DoD Military Police plans and operations at the installation level
• Protection compliance assessment/inspection experience
• Secret clearance

Education / Training / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree - any discipline
• DoD Physical Security formal course completion or similar certification/experience
• DoD military police formal training or similar certification/experience
