Job summary

The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible with experience in managing physical disabilities and chronic conditions, providing rehab and pain consults in SNFs including trigger points and joint injections.

You will diagnose and treat patients, develop and implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
