Medrina in Arkansas is seeking a Physiatry (PM&R) physician to lead recovery and functional outcomes in skilled nursing facilities, with optional inpatient rehab. You will enjoy private-practice autonomy and a physician-led team, with mentorship and scalable support from a mature organization.

We offer base compensation in the $350k–$400k range, plus a flexible schedule—full-time or part-time—with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
