Job summary

Medrina is seeking a highly skilled physiatrist to join our Tennessee team. The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible, licensed in Tennessee, and experienced in rehab and pain consults for IRFs, including trigger points and joint injections.

Diagnose and treat patients with physical disabilities and chronic conditions, develop treatment plans, monitor progress, collaborate with other providers, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Physiatry required.
• Tennessee medical license required.
• US work visa holder acceptable.

The ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible physiatrist with experience in managing patients with a wide range of physical disabilities and chronic conditions. The physiatrist will be responsible for providing rehab and pain consults in IRFs, including trigger points and joint injections.

Requirements

• Valid medical license in Tennessee

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
