Medrina in Georgia is seeking a Physiatry Physician (PM&R) to guide recovery and functional outcomes in our physician-owned, PM&R-led practice with national reach.

Compensation is $350,000–$400,000 base, with no hospital pay grid, and a schedule that can be full-time or part-time—no nights, weekends, or on-call. You’ll have clinical autonomy and a support team to handle the administrative load.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
