Novant Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible PM&R Physician to lead inpatient rehabilitation services. The role emphasizes hospital-based inpatient rehab with potential outpatient expansion, reporting to the Neurosciences Institute at Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital.

The candidate will provide comprehensive inpatient rehab care, ensure 40 hours/week on-site coverage, and work with hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible in Neurology and Neuro-Oncology.
• Completion of Neurology residency and Neuro-Oncology fellowship.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice in North Carolina.

Novant Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join and lead inpatient rehabilitation services in Charlotte.

Position Overview

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Start Date: Late 2026/Early 2027
• Primarily inpatient rehabilitation focus, with future opportunity to expand into outpatient services
• Reports to the Neurosciences Institute

Practice Setting

• Location: Charlotte Orthopedic Hospital, 1901 Randolph Rd Charlotte, NC

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation care
• Maintain on-site clinical coverage (40 hours/week)
• Collaborate with hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams
