Northwell Health Physician Partners in New York seeks a BC/BE Physiatrist to join Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH). The physician will deliver IRF care, outpatient and acute care consults, and supervise residents. EMGs may be performed if interested.

SIUH, part of Northwell Health, is a large teaching system with multiple campuses and extensive residency programs. Northwell Health Physician Partners employs physicians across 28 hospitals.

Formación

• M.D. Degree or equivalent from an accredited College of Medicine.
• Board Certification/Board Eligible in PM&R.
• Currently licensed as a physician in the State of New York.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) care and outpatient consults.
• Coverage for SNF-based Subacute Rehab units and supervising residents; EMGs if interested.

Staten Island University Hospital - Northwell Health

The Department of PM&R at Northwell Health and the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Physiatrist to join our growing department at Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH). In this role, the physiatrist will provide Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) care, outpatient consults, acute care consults, coverage for our SNF based Subacute Rehab units, supervising residents and perform EMGs, if interested.

Staten Island University Hospital has grown to become a 668-bed tertiary teaching hospital that spans two campuses, providing a vast array of services in health and wellness. Our 17-acre North campus houses the 16 bed CARF accredited IRF and includes Staten Island's most modern emergency department, a medical arts pavilion, and a state-of-the-art education center which serves as the hub for our robust Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. Our Prince's Bay campus boasts its own emergency department and offers a range of specialty programs.
