Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Physiatrist to join our Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care in both inpatient and outpatient settings and contribute to the academic mission through teaching and collaboration.

We welcome general physiatrists as well as those with training in subspecialties such as neurorehabilitation, pain medicine, musculoskeletal care, brain, sports and spinal cord

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology required.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of New Jersey required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Contribute to development of subspecialty programs and services.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research as appropriate.
