Redcrest Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide skilled home health PT services in Bloomington and surrounding communities. You will educate patients and families, complete documentation, and ensure safety during care.
The role requires active PT licensure and at least one year of acute PT experience, with on-call duties and a Monday–Friday schedule. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

The Physical Therapist I (PT) provides comprehensive skilled services as ordered by the attending physician. The PT educates patients and their family members and ensures the safety of the patient. The PT I is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.
