Job summary

Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System in Chicago, IL is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for the Child/Adolescent Services. This full-time position emphasizes medication management in PHP & IOP settings, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and no on-call requirements.

Requirements include a minimum of 2 years PMHNP experience, a master’s or doctoral degree in nursing, and ANCC PMH certification, plus current Illinois APRN licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years PMHNP experience.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from a recognized school of nursing.
• Current Illinois APRN license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Board certified through ANCC as Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Clinical Nurse Specialist in PMH.

Job Requirements:
