Job summary

Brivin Corporation in North Miami, FL is seeking a PHP Developer to join our onsite team. The role requires solid OOP PHP development, strong MySQL expertise, and a good command of PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX and jQuery.

You will troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and contribute to platform improvements, working with Linux/Apache/Plesk and WordPress as needed. This is a full-time Florida position offering a salary in the 40k–50k range.

Qualifications

• Active experience in OOP PHP development.
• Strong MySQL knowledge with complex queries, indexing, triggers and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JQuery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and improve the platform.

Requirements

• Active Experience in OOP PHP development;
• Full understanding of web standards and code optimization;
• Strong understanding of MySQL, including complex queries, replication and indexing, triggers and stored procedures;
• Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, and other web programming languages;
• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering and/or Computer Engineering or any related degree;
• Candidate must have the ability to troubleshoot system issues and look for ways to improve the platform. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals;

Candidates with the following technical attributes will be preferred:

• Linux server administration
• Experience with Apache administration

• Experience with WordPress
• PHP Regular Expressions

Compensation

• $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience

This is a full-time and onsite position in our North Miami, FL office.
