Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing procedures are current and up to date.
• Track attendance and training; present new documents as required.
• Monitor inventory accuracy of WIP and components.
• Communicate production issues to planning and management.
• Maintain safe GMP-compliant work environment and documentation.
• Balance staffing and supervise group leaders; manage WIP and labor efficiencies.
• Travel to vendor sites as needed for support.
