Job summary

Monarch Quantum, Inc. seeks a Photonics Process Development Engineer 2 to develop advanced photonic manufacturing processes. You will build foundational manufacturing structures while collaborating closely with other engineers to transition technology from prototypes to production.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in photonics development, with expertise in manufacturing equipment. A dynamic, hands-on role awaits, where innovation drives product performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in photonics or optoelectronic process development.
• 5+ years of demonstrated ownership of manufacturing process equipment.
• Familiarity with hermetic packaging and active alignment systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of photonic assembly processes.
• Define and execute the process development roadmap.
• Lead process transfer to production including equipment qualification.
