Qualifications

• Master's degree with 5+ years of industry experience.
• PhD with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with control theory, PID, and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test plans, scripts, methodologies, and protocols for control system validation.
• Develop and implement control algorithms for initialization and stabilization of photonic components.
• Implement photonics system control consisting of multiple control loops across hardware, firmware and software teams.
• Perform rigorous validation tests to assess signal quality and system performance.
• Analyze measurement data and visualize results to extract insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
