Job summary

Tennessee Oncology in Cleveland, TN, is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join the PhotonApply: TNO team and work with physics and dosimetry to deliver precise radiation as prescribed. You will assess changes, ensure accuracy, and communicate with patients and families in a professional clinic setting.

The role requires ARRT licensure or registry eligibility (within 6 months), BLS, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A team-based environment with EMR tools is expected.

Qualifications

• ARRT licensure required or registry eligible (within 6 months of hire).
• BLS for Healthcare required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments and monitor patient response.
• Conduct treatment simulations per physician orders.
• Document treatment processes accurately in the EMR system.
• Register patient films for physician review.
• Schedule patient treatments and assist in device fabrication for immobilization.
• Participate in quality/process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure professional patient care.
