Job summary

TSMC Washington is seeking engineers to support photolithography operations on our Camas campus in Washington. The role requires familiarity with lithography processes and cross-functional collaboration with our Taiwan HQ.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s in engineering or physics, with 0–2 years of semiconductor photo process experience; knowledge of the Poseidon fab system and JMP is a plus. On-site work, full-time hours, background check and drug screening apply.
