Job summary

Paramount seeks a skilled Photojournalist/Editor for KPIX TV to shoot and edit news stories with advanced lighting and audio techniques. You will work within a cross-functional agile team and contribute to live video operations, including on-demand and live streams, while supporting 24x7 coverage in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BA degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in photography/editing in a major market, and familiarity with Bay Area markets.

Qualifications

• B.A. degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of Photography/Editing experience in a major market required.
• Strong knowledge of Bay Area and live TV or live streaming exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit News stories with strong lighting and audio sense.
• Participate in Agile team meetings and plan with partners on tasks.
• Monitor live/onsight video operations, prioritize issues, support 24x7 coverage.
