Job summary

WGRZ-TV in Buffalo is seeking a skilled photojournalist to create shareable content for television, social media and mobile. You can tell compelling stories on your own or with a team, using the latest photography and editing tools.

Proficiency with live news gathering and the ability to contribute to on-air segments and live streaming when needed are a plus. Compensation is $20.50-$21 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in journalism, communications or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience
• 1-3 years of experience preferred in a newsroom environment
• Experience in photojournalism, editing, and content management systems

WGRZ-TV, the TEGNA NBC station in Buffalo is looking for a highly skilled artistic Photojournalist who can create shareable and exciting content for television, social media and mobile.? We want a photojournalist who can tell great stories on their own or with a team.??Our ideal candidates are familiar with the latest photography, editing tools, and techniques. They create unique and exciting content on all platforms. They are proficient with live news‑gathering tools and are able to participate in live performance on-air and on live streaming when necessary.

$20.50-$21 USD

Requirements

BA/BS in journalism, communications or related field preferred or equivalent years of experience

Experience
