Job summary

Bellagala invites talented wedding photographers to join our team in Minnesota and beyond. As a lead photographer, you’ll bring creativity to couples on their big day while our office handles contracts, payments, and logistics.

You can choose your schedule, keep your own business, and work at premier venues. Applicants must have lead wedding experience, a strong portfolio, liability insurance, and the ability to create stunning imagery with off-camera flash.

Qualifications

• Experience shooting as a lead at weddings.
• Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
• Strong portfolio of current marketable weddings.
• Must have 2 full-frame camera bodies and multiple lenses.
• Off-camera flash (OCF) setup experience preferred.
• Must carry liability insurance.

Off-Camera Flash (OCF) setups involve flash units that are used independently of the camera, allowing for more creative lighting arrangements. An OCF setup typically includes a flash unit not mounted on the camera's hot shoe, and must be accompanied by accessories such as a light stand, umbrella, or other light modifiers. OCF setups offer greater flexibility in directing light and shaping shadows and are crucial for achieving certain lighting effects.
