EMURJ, Inc. is seeking an experienced freelance photographer for on-model fashion e-commerce shoots in our downtown San Diego studio. This production-focused role requires delivering clean, consistent imagery aligned with EMURJ’s visual standards.

You will direct model posing, manage studio lighting, and ensure accurate color, texture, and fit across multiple looks. Shoots are scheduled as needed, typically no more than one per week, full-day sessions up to 10 hours.

Formación

• Previous professional experience shooting on-model fashion e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of studio lighting and color balance.
• Ability to direct model posing and maintain consistency across looks.
• Familiarity with Capture One workflow and file delivery.

• Photograph ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories on-model in a studio environment.

• Shoot on-site at EMURJ’s downtown San Diego studio, with equipment provided.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced freelance photographer to support ongoing on-model e-commerce shoots.

This is a production-focused role centered on execution—capturing clean, consistent, and accurate imagery that aligns with EMURJ’s visual standards. Previous professional experience shooting on-model fashion e-commerce is required.

Shoots are scheduled on an as-needed basis based on product arrivals and seasonal volume.

What You'll Be Doing

• Photograph ready-to-wear, shoes, and accessories on-model in a studio environment
• Direct model posing in accordance with established e-commerce guidelines
• Maintain consistent lighting, framing, composition, and color across looks
• Accurately capture garment color, texture, fit, and construction

What You'll Bring

• Previous professional experience in on-model fashion e-commerce photography is required
• Strong understanding of studio lighting
• Experience with Canon camera systems and lenses
• Proficiency in Capture One
• Strong eye for model posing, composition, color accuracy, and visual consistency
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a production-driven environment
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working collaboratively on set
• Shoots are scheduled on an as-needed basis based on product arrivals and seasonal volume
• Shoot frequency will vary and is not guaranteed; typically, there will be no more than one shoot per week
• Shoots are scheduled approximately one week in advance
• Shoots are full-day sessions of up to 10 hours, including a lunch break
