Job summary

Bella Baby Photography is seeking talented photographers to join their team in Smyrna, Tennessee. As a photographer, you will capture beautiful moments of families and their newborns in hospital settings. You will edit your work and present it to clients on the same day photography is done.

The role includes paid sales training, flexible hours, and opportunities for professional development. Candidates must have reliable transportation and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-Level to Mid-Level photography experience; comfortable shooting in manual mode.
• Desktop photo editing skills, experience with Lightroom/Photoshop preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Photograph families and newborns in hospitals.

Bella Baby Photography is looking to hire talented photographers passionate about their craft, eager to learn new skills, and ready to embrace their entrepreneurial side. Our photographers produce exceptionally beautiful photographs and are among the most talented in the industry.

As a photographer, you will photograph families and their new babies in hospitals. You will edit and present your work to clients the same day photographs are taken. Photography is a cornerstone of our business, and the role also involves sales. Photographers are paid on commission and receive sales training as part of the program. Hours fluctuate week to week based on the number of births.

Hospitals are fast‑paced and can present challenges. You must multitask and remain on task. Bella Baby provides training on its process, hospital photography techniques, HIPAA, hand washing, and other safety standards. The company supports professional development to help you become a role model and mentor.

Qualifications

• Entry‑Level to Mid‑Level photography experience; comfortable shooting in manual mode
• Desktop photo editing skills (experience with Lightroom/Photoshop)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• 9‑5 availability on weekdays and weekends (some weekends required)
• Ability to work various holidays throughout the year
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity, including carrying camera equipment, walking, and bending frequently
