WOLFpak is seeking a talented photographer to join our Creative / Marketing team in Costa Mesa. You will capture high-quality product and lifestyle imagery, in-studio and on location, for digital and marketing channels.

The role demands a hands-on approach, fast-paced execution, and a passion for polished, on-brand visuals. This position emphasizes collaboration within a small, tight-knit team, organizing assets in a DAM, and delivering weekly shoot outputs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer, ideally in product and/or lifestyle photography.
• Strong eye for composition, color, and consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet weekly deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shoot weekly product and lifestyle campaigns in-studio and on location.
• Set up and manage studio strobes and on-location lighting setups.
• Capture and tether images using Capture One.
• Organize, tag, and maintain files within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan shoots, concepts, and deliverables.
• Hit weekly deliverable goals while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Follow established production workflows from pre-production through final delivery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear within the Canon ecosystem.

About the Role:

WOLFpak is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photographer to join our creative team. You'll be responsible for capturing high-quality product and lifestyle imagery that brings the Wolfpak brand to life across our digital and marketing channels. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced studio environment, loves a good playlist while they work, and takes pride in delivering polished, on‑brand visuals week after week.

What You'll Do

• Shoot weekly product and lifestyle campaigns in-studio and on location
• Set up and manage studio strobe lighting as well as on‑location lighting setups
• Capture and tether images using Capture One
• Organize, tag, and maintain files within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan shoots, concepts, and deliverables
• Hit weekly deliverable goals while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency
• Follow established production workflows from pre‑production through final delivery
• Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear within the Canon ecosystem
• Contribute ideas and creative input as part of a small, collaborative team

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a photographer, ideally in product and/or lifestyle photography
• Proficiency with studio strobes and on‑location lighting techniques
• Strong working knowledge of Capture One and Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and file organization best practices
• Understanding of a production workflow from concept to final asset delivery
• Highly detail‑oriented with a strong eye for composition, color, and consistency
• Comfortable working within the Canon camera ecosystem
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet weekly deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• A team player who enjoys working closely with a small, creative crew
• A love of music and good energy on set is a plus
