Role Description

We're looking for a talented, detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer for a contract, on-site role in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. You'll travel to scheduled shoots, capture high-quality interior/exterior photos (+ aerial shots, if requested), assist in minor staging adjustments, and upload organized files and polished, on-brand media by end of day - 8pm deadline. Shoot details will be sent to you via email and our Photographer Portal. Internal communications will be in Google Chat, external/shoot day client correspondence will be coordinated by our internal team via text.

• Expected hours: minimum 1 full day (9am–9pm) or 2-3 half days (6-hour windows) of oncall availability perweek to start. Occasional weekend shoots.
• Google Account Required
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel around the Atlanta area required

Qualifications

• Strong real estate/architectural photography skills i.e. composition, lighting, color and detail
• Proficient with professional camera equipment, lenses, and photo file management; comfortable with a wide-angle lens (10–12mm crop / 17–18mm full frame) and tripod
• Drone experience required
• Prior real estate media experience and a portfolio strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing tools, a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines
• Keep your availability and schedule updated 30 days out
• Clear, professional communication with clients, agents, and team members
• Able to responsibly transport gear and navigate varied property terrain
• Professional presentation and client-facing demeanor, comfort working around homeowners
