Job summary

Gabb is seeking a Photo Video Specialist to join our internal Creative team. This hybrid role owns Gabb's photo and video output, from studio shoots to fast-turn social content, shaping the brand’s visual style.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you’ll contribute ideas and campaigns, not just execute briefs. You’ll collaborate with designers, motion graphics, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns while managing multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showcasing photography and video work (studio and lifestyle).
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Shoot studio-style product and lifestyle photography and video for advertising, marketing, and social media.
• Shoot occasional run-and-gun content for social channels as needed.
• Edit and produce video content from raw footage through final cut, including color correction, sound design, and pacing.
• Retouch and edit photography for use across marketing and social channels.
• Own and maintain Gabb's photo studio equipment, including cameras and lighting.
• Define and evolve Gabb's visual style for photo and video content.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts as a full partner in brand and marketing campaigns, from ideation through execution.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, designers, motion graphics artist, and copywriters to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines across marketing and social priorities.
• Organize raw and finished footage, photo libraries, and project files in shared drives.
