Photo Team Sales Assistant - Youth Program

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Photo Team Sales Assistant Needed for Youth Rec Sports Company.

Responsibilities

• Selling photos, including upselling.
• Posing students for photography.
• Setting up and taking down photography equipment.
• Performing basic record‑keeping.
• Photographing children (ages 4–15) and children’s event photography.

Qualifications

• Previous or some photo experience and knowledge about DSLR cameras.
• Experience photographing children or at child‑focused events.
• Minimum age 18.
• Consistent evening availability during weekdays, nights 5–10 p.m., with occasional weekend event dates.
• Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week.
• Reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check and drug screen; fingerprint clearance card required.
• For managerial positions: experience with green‑screen or event photography and leading a photo crew.

Benefits

Pay: $75–$85 per night plus bonuses.

Equipment and some training provided. Position is part‑time and provides good pay.
