Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, welcoming them and identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices to deliver a distinctive, delightful experience across the team.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring levels and forecasting three-week demand.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and supports store appearance and standards.
• Supports photo and nearby departments in merchandising and seasonal setups, displays, and inventory activities.
• Supports cross-training and coverage during times when the Photo Specialist is not scheduled.
• Follows company policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Collaborates with team members and completes additional assignments to support business objectives.
