Job summary

Rydell Auto Center in Grand Forks, ND is hiring a Full Time Photo Specialist to photograph vehicles, manage photos for dealership websites, and present inventory attractively across multiple dealership operations.

Responsibilities include staging, shooting, uploading, and quality checking vehicle photos while maintaining clean display areas and coordinating with service and sales teams. This role offers an opportunity to gain automotive industry experience in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn photo uploading software.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles around the lot and photo booth for display and inventory photography.
• Prepare vehicles for photography by cleaning, staging, and presenting them well.
• Photograph new and used vehicles for dealership websites and listings.
• Upload and manage vehicle photos using dealership software.
• Conduct quality control to ensure presentation standards are met.
• Keep display areas and surrounding areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership, including the sales lot, service department, photo booth, and customer areas.
• Prepare vehicles for display and photography by ensuring they are clean, properly staged, and presentable.
• Photograph new and used vehicle inventory for dealership websites and online listings.
• Upload and manage vehicle photos using dealership software systems.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation standards.
• Keep vehicle display areas, parking lots, sidewalks, driveways, and the photo booth clean and organized.
• Assist with dealership setups, lot organization, and special projects as directed.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, parking areas, and other dealership locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to operate vehicles of all makes, models, and sizes.
• Ability to safely maneuver vehicles in tight spaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn photo uploading software.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
