Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a part-time Photo Associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, passport photos, and support for store transactions. You’ll manage the photo department inventory, maintain appearance, and help customers at the register.

With a focus on accuracy, cash handling, and promoting photo products, you’ll collaborate with teammates to keep the department safe, clean, and fully stocked while supporting FedEx, Western Union, and other services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, friendly, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services.
• Promote photo products and services, upsell upgrades and companion items.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Own inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders timely and accurately.
• Provide customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union, complying with policies.
