Responsibilities

Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose to provide personalized products and services.
Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services.
Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges, with cash handling procedures.
Owns the photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness to meet forecasted demand.
Provides customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union while following policies.
Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations.
Supports merchandising, displays, and seasonal setups in the photo department.
Assists with cross-training of team members to ensure coverage when the photo specialist is not scheduled.
