• Delivers courteous, accurate photo services, digital passport photos, and supports customer service transactions at the photo counter.
• Processes customer transactions, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Maintains inventory, supplies, and organization of the photo department to meet forecasted demand.
• Supports services like FedEx and Western Union and other offerings, ensuring policy compliance.
• Keeps photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised; collaborates with team members.
