Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and checkout support. You will own the photo department’s inventory, ensure product availability, and uphold safe, clean store standards while helping customers at the counter.

This role requires engaging customers warmly, processing transactions accurately, and supporting FedEx/Western Union services. Flexibility including evenings and weekends is important; prior retail experience with Walgreens

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, accurate service in the photo department and promote photo products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with cash handling.
• Own the photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness.
• Provide customer support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services.
• Maintain photo equipment and store systems to support daily operations.
• Keep the photo department clean, well-merchandised, and compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with team and assist cross-training when needed.
