Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Reticle Technician to join the Photo Reticle Engineering team in Austin. You will perform reticle inspection, cleaning and disposition of defect reticles, working in a cleanroom environment on-site.

The role emphasizes driving improvements, documenting issues, and managing escalations related to reticle availability. Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience with reticle processes and related tools, with on-site responsibilities and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience with reticle inspection processes and related equipment is a plus.

Position Summary

As part of the Photo Reticle Engineering team, Reticle Technician will be responsible for reticle inspection, cleaning, and disposition of reticle defects.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work in the Cleanroom to performing day-to-day reticle inspection, cleaning and disposition of defect reticles if needed
• Driving improvement within the process
• Documenting and improving reticle issues and standard work procedures
• Troubleshooting and managing manufacturing escalation situations about reticle availability

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in Reticle process and/or reticle equipment tools.
• Prior experience with reticle inspection processes such as inspection tools, cleaning tools is a plus.

The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50/hour - $46.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
