Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, offering personalized products and services.
• Models service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges with cash handling.
• Owns inventory, supplies, and readiness of the photo department, monitoring levels and ensuring product availability.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders to ensure timely delivery of a seamless experience.
• Provides customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union while complying with policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains a clean and well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising and seasonal setups.
• Collaborates with team members and aids cross-training to ensure coverage and operational continuity.
• Follows policies and asset protection standards to maintain a safe environment.
