Responsibilities include running daily operations of a high-volume souvenir photography shop, training staff, and stepping in as acting manager when the Retail Photography Manager is absent.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year people management experience or training.
• 2 years guest service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a busy retail environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.

• Lead a retail team to achieve sales goals.
• Assist with all operational aspects of the souvenir photography shop.
• Act as lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager.
