Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service at the register and across store functions.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised, processes transactions, and assists with maintenance as needed.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager or corporate.
