Job summary

Photogenic, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate for the Chicago locations (Willis Tower Skydeck, Navy Pier, Museum Campus). You will greet guests, take photos, and help create memorable souvenir experiences while delivering world class guest service.

Position is part-time and outdoors in various weather conditions. No photography experience required; training provided. Must be 16 or older, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable handling cash.

Qualifications

• Retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
