Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Experience in visual resource creation or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute strategy for the DACH district to capture, produce, and deploy assets for exposure campaigns.
• Lead a portfolio of projects including multiple series, films, and docs.
• Coordinate with local marketing partners, social teams, showrunners, and talent reps.
• Recruit and manage photographers and video crews, review schedules and maintain clear communication with production.
• Produce compelling visuals that shape the overall exposure strategy.
• Manage photography/video needs for debuts, events, and shoots.
