Job summary

Straub Collaborative is a creative production studio specializing in e-commerce photography and visual content. We seek a Photo Art Director to lead on-set direction, design compelling visual solutions, and manage fast-paced shoots across PDP imagery, campaigns, and promos.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience developing visual concepts and creative strategies in retail/e-commerce.
• 5+ years managing creative teams.
• Demonstrated experience directing on-set photography and video productions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality art direction, commercial imagery, and visual storytelling.
• Deep knowledge of studio lighting, capture technologies, and digital/post-production workflows.
• Proficiency with design and presentation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative strategy and vision, partnering with the Creative Director and clients to deliver original concepts from brief to delivery.
• Direct on-set photography and video productions, guiding talent and crews to meet briefs and style guidelines.
• Oversee multiple productions, manage timelines, and coordinate cross‑departmental workflows to optimize production.
• Establish and uphold quality standards for production and client service, with detailed post-production notes.
