American Power & Gas is looking for a Phone Representative to join our onsite sales and customer service team in Saint Petersburg, FL. This position offers a guaranteed base salary plus commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and paid training in a fast-paced call center.

With 25 years in business and over 43,000 satisfied customers, we provide green energy solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required; entry-level to experienced are encouraged.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the process.
