American Power & Gas is hiring a Phone Representative to join our on-site sales and customer service team. This full-time position offers a guaranteed base salary plus commission, weekday hours, and a structured training program in a fast-paced call center environment.

You will work with residential and small commercial customers, handling inbound/outbound calls, delivering energy solutions, and growing with ongoing coaching and career development.

Job Title: Phone Representative

Position Type: Full-Time, Entry-Level, Mid-Level, Experienced

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per week (Base + Commission)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (No weekends!)

This is an onsite position only.
