Job summary

Davies Risk Services is seeking Phone Premium Auditors to work remotely from home across the United States. You will review business operations, payroll, and tax records by phone/email, and schedule premium audits at client sites as needed.

This role offers independence and allows you to control your workload with training provided. Ideal candidates have strong numerical and analytical abilities, excellent customer service, and solid Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the United States, with the exception of California.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Individually scheduling appointments with clients to conduct the premium audit.

  Our Phone Auditors work with the policyholder via phone/email, usually at the end of the policy period to conduct a review of business operations, specific financial records such as payroll, sales and/or cost records, and to verify class codes assigned per industry and client standards as required by their insurance contract.

  Qualifications
• Applicants must reside within the United States with the exception of California
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong customer service skills
• Numbers-oriented
• Home office capability, inclusive of reliable home internet and a Microsoft based computer.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
