Alliance Pacific Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a reliable Crew Member for a full-time role, with responsibilities including loading and unloading cargo and assisting with project setup to ensure timely delivery. You will work with a team to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a high school diploma, be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and hold a valid driver’s license.

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in loading and unloading of freight and ensure safe operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace with the team.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare freight for transit including palletizing, strapping and securing.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to safety and operations procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals.
