Job summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center (KTEC) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Production Manager to direct the building of custom work truck bodies and related equipment. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, full-time, with a focus on quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead production staff, drive process improvements, and coordinate with sales/fleet teams to set priorities while maintaining safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of industry related experience.
• Automotive service/vehicle repair background preferred.
• Able to lead safety talks and manage production efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor production quality, safety, productivity, and cost.
• Motivate and guide production staff, conduct safety talks and investigations.
• Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency without compromising safety.
