Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer - Control Driver in Phoenix, AZ. You will protect clients across commercial real estate and other properties, perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents with calm, professional judgment.

The role emphasizes customer service, site-specific procedures, and reporting. A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and at least one year of security experience are required. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

At least one year of security-related experience.
Valid driver’s license is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screening required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents and report to appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, lobbies, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity.
Document daily activities, incidents, and concerns through reports and communication with leadership.
