This W-2 role pays $35/hour and requires energy, reliability, and a polished, engaging demeanor for a professional guest experience. Applicants must be 18+, able to lift 20–30 pounds, have reliable transportation, and be available at the Phoenix venue with a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work at the event location in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Friendly, outgoing, personable, and comfortable approaching event attendees.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable using an iPad for attendee surveys and event-related tasks.
• Must be able to consistently lift boxes weighing 20–30 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix event venue.
• Must be willing to complete the required background screening.
• Flexible availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression at the event.
• Assist with event setup and other pre-event preparation.
• Assemble, pack, and organize promotional swag bags.
• Support the attendee check-in and registration process.
• Engage professionally with guests and answer general event questions.
• Conduct attendee surveys using provided iPads.
• Help manage lines and maintain an organized flow of guests.
• Distribute promotional products and event materials.
• Unpack and move product boxes weighing approximately 20–30 pounds.
• Remain attentive, approachable, and professional throughout the activation.
