Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, schedule, and execute paving operations while tracking daily quantities and project costs.
• Crew Leadership: Supervise foremen and field personnel and ensure compliance with standards and specs.
• Safety & Quality Control: Enforce OSHA regulations and monitor mix designs, testing, and layout.
• Communication: Serve as the main contact between project managers, estimators, contractors, and inspectors.
