    What We’re looking for:

    As a Claims Adjuster, you will:

    • Manage claims from initial complaint to final resolution following the claims process.
    • Understand automotive mechanical processes and communicate effectively with customers and repair centers.
    • Collaborate positively with team members for efficient claim adjudication.
    • Master all relevant software applications to determine claim coverage, repair costs, and reasons for denial.
    • Research mechanical repair processes, labor rates, and industry standards.
    • Stay updated on vehicle design changes, recalls, and Technical Service Bulletins.
    • Assess shop systems, including ratings, labor rates, and repairs, and recommend appropriate shops.
    • Follow inspection guidelines and evaluate reports to make contractual decisions.
    • Build relationships with dealer partners, repair centers, and vendors.
    • Handle escalated calls professionally, aiming for positive outcomes.

    You have:

    • Experience in automotive service, including mechanic/technician or service advising/writing.
    • Understanding of shop procedures and practices.
    • Excellent customer service, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and work well in a team.
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
    • ASE Certifications (preferred).
    • Experience with automotive mechanical claims (preferred).

    In addition, you will:

    • Have reliable, fast internet (minimum 150 Mbps download & 15 Mbps upload) and a distraction-free environment.
    • Be comfortable sitting for long periods and working on the phone.
    • Be proficient with computers and multiple programs, including Microsoft Office.
    • Be personable and engaging with callers and coworkers.

    Environmental requirements & additional information:

    This position is only available to residents within the Phoenix Metro area, preferably in the East Valley. The role may require hybrid work in the future, combining remote and in-office work. It is an entry-level Claims Adjuster role at $20.20/hour, with a $2000 signing bonus payable after 30 and 180 days, subject to conditions. Additional compensation may be available for bilingual candidates or those with relevant mechanical claims experience.

    Schedule includes 8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday.
