Job summary

Labcorp in Anthem, AZ is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection across age groups, collect specimens for tests, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, Phlebotomy certification or training, and are bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior Labcorp experience is a plus; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Current or prior LabCorp experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
